ICBC — Scientist–Entrepreneur Discovery Agent

A joint project with the Head Office of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Private Banking Department, building an Agent + RAG system to support the bank’s scientist-entrepreneur business.

• LLM-based parsing of patents, papers, news, registries to extract structured signals.
• Unified scientific knowledge graph linked with enterprise data.
• RAG-based expert knowledge base for grounded reasoning.
• Family-business opportunity insight, dialogue sparring, and one-customer-one-strategy marketing planning.

Outputs

• Multi-criteria scientist discovery (by domain, level, region).
• Panoramic profiles across four dimensions: person / firm / family / society.
• Affiliated-enterprise analysis and automatic marketing-graph generation.
